Mary Katherine’s Table 100K Celebration Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Mary Katherine’s Table (“Sponsor”). YouTube is not a sponsor of this Giveaway and is released from any and all liability related to this Giveaway by each entrant.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on May 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on May 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, submit your email address through the official Giveaway entry form located at marykatherinestable.com/100k during the Entry Period. Submitting your email address subscribes you to the Mary Katherine’s Table email list and enters you into the Giveaway.
Existing email subscribers: All current subscribers to the Mary Katherine’s Table email list as of January 1, 205 are automatically entered into the Giveaway. No additional action is required.
Limit: One (1) entry per person and per email address. Duplicate entries will be counted as a single entry.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a KitchenAid Artisan Series Stand Mixer. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $449.99 USD. Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Shipping is included within the contiguous United States. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or misdirected during shipping.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 26, 2026. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided during entry and will be announced in a follow-up video on the Mary Katherine’s Table YouTube channel.
The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification with shipping information. If the winner does not respond within this period, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Privacy
By entering, you consent to receive emails from Mary Katherine’s Table, including recipe content, channel updates, and promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.
For the winner, Sponsor will collect mailing address information solely for the purpose of shipping the prize. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties. For non-winning entrants, no information beyond the email address will be collected for the purpose of this Giveaway.
8. YouTube Release
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube. By entering, each entrant releases YouTube, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to this Giveaway. Entries must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines, and entries that do not comply will be disqualified.
9. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway.
10. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama.
