Copycat Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
1 bag
30 oz.
hashbrowns
I used cubed, but can use shredded.

oz.
butter, melted
1
can
cream of chicken soup
1
small
onion diced
2
cups
shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1
cup
sour cream
1
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9x13 baking dish.
Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1 cup of cheese.
Add mixture to baking dish and top with reserved 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
