Crockpot Jamaican Jerk Chicken
- 6 chicken thighs (bone in & skin on)
- 3 green onions
- 1/2 diced yellow onion
- 1/2-1 diced jalapeno
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
Brown chicken thighs in skillet on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Mix all other ingredients and blend. (Use blender or food processor for this).
Place chicken in the crockpot and pour sauce over all the chicken.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
