This soup is so simple, but has such depth of flavor. It's delicious anytime, but it's also our go-to soup whenever we don't feel quite well. It's a definite comfort food that tastes so good even when you're not sure you want anything to eat!

Ingredients
6 cups water(Can use chicken broth if preferred)
6 tsppremium better than bouillon (roasted chicken flavor)(You can use bouillon cubes if preferred)
3/4cupwhite rice
1-2tspminced garlic(I use squeeze garlic)
1-2tbspdried minced onion flakes
1/2tspsalt
1-2tspitalian seasonings
2cupsshredded or chopped rotisserie chicken
1cupheavy cream
Instructions
Boil water and chicken bouillon in large pot.
Once water is boiling, add your rice, garlic, onion flakes, other seasonings and turn on low, place lid on and cook for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, your rice is cooked and you can add the chicken.
Let it cook about 5-10 minutes with the chicken and the heavy cream. Make sure it's on low to medium/low heat at this point!
